1. GENERAL SCOPE

Taza Basket provides an online platform for grocery delivery services, including food, beverages, and other related products. By accessing our website or mobile application (collectively, “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Services are available only within the designated delivery area, which currently includes select regions of Pakistan.
Taza Basket is a platform that facilitates transactions between users (you, the “User”) and partner grocery stores (“Shops”). We ensure that your orders are placed with Shops, who will fulfill your order and deliver your groceries.

2. REGISTRATION AND ORDERING PROCESS

2.1. Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms and Conditions. All information provided must be complete and accurate, and it is your responsibility to update this information. Taza Basket is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@tazabasket.pk.

2.2. Order Placement/Contractual Relationship

By placing an order, you confirm the accuracy of your provided details. Once an order is placed, you may receive a confirmation. However, no binding contractual relationship is created between you and Taza Basket unless your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

2.3. Order Limitations

Orders may be subject to limitations based on the quantity and availability of products. Taza Basket reserves the right to limit the number of items or refuse certain products based on stock or delivery constraints.

2.4. Amending and Cancelling Orders

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended. However, cancellations are possible within a limited time before dispatch. After this period, cancellations may not be permitted.

2.5. Incomplete Orders and Substitutions

Taza Basket aims to fulfill all orders as placed. However, due to stock availability, we may substitute items with similar products. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified, and substitutions may be offered. In case of a substitution with a higher-priced item, the price may increase.

3. DELIVERY

3.1. Delivery of Groceries

Delivery will be made to the address you provided. Deliveries are performed by either the Shops’ personnel or third-party delivery partners. Taza Basket will deliver groceries to your home or office based on accessibility.

3.2. Delivery Time

While we strive to deliver orders within 60 to 90 minutes, we cannot guarantee that exact delivery times will be met. Factors outside our control may cause delays, and Taza Basket will not be held liable for delivery delays.

3.3. Delivery Receipt

You will receive an electronic receipt upon delivery, and a physical receipt may be provided upon request.

3.4. Cancellation of Delivery by Taza Basket

In the event of issues like incorrect addresses, the recipient’s absence, or adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. Prices

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For weight-based items (e.g., fruits, vegetables), the final price may differ based on the actual weight delivered. Prices may be subject to change, and you agree to pay the price applicable at the time of order placement.

4.2. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD). If payment via card fails, COD will be the only available option.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

5.1. Product Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but please note that the actual product packaging may differ slightly from what is shown on our platform. Always refer to the product packaging for final details.

6. DATA COMMUNICATION AND SECURITY

While Taza Basket makes efforts to ensure that our services are secure and reliable, we cannot guarantee error-free data communication due to the nature of the internet. We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or other technical issues during transactions.

7. DISCOUNTS, PRIVILEGES, AND VOUCHERS

7.1. Special Offers and Loyalty Programs

Taza Basket may offer promotional discounts or loyalty bonuses at its discretion. These offers can be modified or revoked without prior notice.

8. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

If you have any questions or complaints, you can contact us at support@tazabasket.pk. Missing items should be reported immediately upon delivery. We aim to resolve any issues to your satisfaction, but all complaints must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the delivery.

9. GENERAL TERMS

9.1. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may use your data for business and marketing purposes, and for improving the quality of our services.

9.2. Limitation of Liability

Taza Basket shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products, including delays, non-deliveries, or product defects.

9.3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Taza Basket harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9.4. Termination of Account

Taza Basket may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may also close your account by following the prescribed process, but we do not guarantee that we can fulfill this immediately.

9.5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the laws of Pakistan.

9.6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings will take place in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
